Garam-Garam is a crunchy, sweet-tangy snack you can
have any time you need a quick munch. Garam-garam means hot-hot, and
what makes this snack hot are the
green chillies. One of those delicious street/beach foods, this is an
easy recipe if you use store-bought hot-mixes (chivda)
made with puffed
rice, pressed rice, nuts, raisins, and spices. Mix in more peanuts,
cashew nuts, and boiled chana (chickpeas/garbanzo) beans to add some
protein and fiber and make it more nutritious.
