Mint Raita is a refreshing and cool yogurt-based salad. Serve it with
any Indian bread or rice or snacks like pakodas and samosas. You can
also serve this as a dip for vegetables or chips.

Ingredients
1 cup mint leaves (pudina), chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
2 small green chillies (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Preparation
Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve the mint raita with roti, rice, or as a dip for
snacks like pakodas.
