Mint Raita

Mint Raita is a refreshing and cool yogurt-based salad. Serve it with any Indian bread or rice or snacks like pakodas and samosas. You can also serve this as a dip for vegetables or chips.



Servings:4-6
Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mint leaves (pudina), chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 small green chillies (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Serve the mint raita with roti, rice, or as a dip for snacks like pakodas.
